Go to Dashboard or Design on your main Blog page
You can see this part on left side
You can see this part on left side
click on layout button.
then on right corner ckick on template designer .
now u can see this image
click on adjust widths now you can adjust as your need
next on right side click on apply to Blog you are done.
View blog u can see the widths changed.
